Many volunteer managers have a huge filing cabinet full of volunteers reference forms, now is your chance to get rid of all that clutter and move everything online, making for a cleaner office and a much faster way to find volunteers references.
Before you can start transferring your old paper-based reference forms online, you must build an identical digital reference form in the TeamKinetic system (see Creating a reference form).
Administrators can then add existing reference forms by going to ADMIN MENU > VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT > REFERENCES
Then click on CREATE REFERENCE and search for the volunteer.
Now enter the referees NAME and EMAIL then select the relevant reference form (the reference form which is identical to your paper based reference form).
Then enter the details from the paper based reference form into the digital reference form, and click SAVE & APPROVE when you are finished.
