To add a TeamLeader you must follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the FIND VOLUNTEERS page
  2. Select the voluneer/s you want to mark as a TeamLeader (by clicking on the check box on the right hand side).
  3. At the bottom of the screen is the option to ADD TEAMLEADER MARK, you must click on the CHANGE button next to this option.

The selected volunteers will now be marked as TeamLeaders which will give them an additional menu option at the top of their page, allowing them to search and join TeamLeader opportunities and mark whether volunteers have attended.

 

To REMOVE a TeamLeader you must follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the FIND VOLUNTEERS page
  2. Select the voluneer/s you want to mark as a TeamLeader (by clicking on the check box on the right hand side).
  3. At the bottom of the screen is the option to ADD TEAMLEADER MARK, click on this drop down menu and select REMOVE TEAMLEADER MARK, then you must click on the CHANGE button next to this option.

The selected  volunteers will no longer be TeamLeaders and will no longer be able to search or join TeamLeader opportunities.
