You can customise any of the automated emails listed below by going to [SUPER ADMIN MENU] SETTINGS > CUSTOMISE EMAILS from the admin menu:
- Volunteer Registration
- Provider Registration
- Volunteer Joins Opportunity
- Volunteer is removed from session
- Volunteer is removed from opportunity
Select the email you would like to edit from the drop down menu, then click on the EDIT button.
Each email is split into 3 sections (fixed header, editable and fixed footer). You can only change the EDITABLE section as the other 2 sections include migrated data (volunteers name, organisations name etc).
Once you have changed the editable section to your liking, click on the SAVE button.
Note: If you want to add information below the FIXED FOOTER section then you can add an EMAIL FOOTER by going to [SUPER ADMIN MENU] SETTINGS > PROFILE page.
