When you create an opportunity, under the POST OPPORTUNITY OPTIONS section, you have the ability to add a link to a questionnaire.
If you select YES for POST OPPORTUNITY SURVEY LINK you will see two additional fields appear (SURVEY LINK and VOLUNTEER ID PARAMETER NAME)
Enter the Web Address of your SURVEY LINK field (eg. http://mysurvey.com)
Note: You must enter the whole address including http://
After a volunteer on the opportunity logs their hours, they will have the option at the top of the page to Please follow this link to complete the post opportunity survey
By clicking this link they will be taken to your survey.
