Its very easy to open a support ticket, just head to HELP > CREATE SUPPORT TICKET.  Fill in the details and hit the send button. It will record your question and our responses and also the time and date and how long it has been open for.

From the main Support Ticket page (HELPO > SUPPORT TICKETS) you can view all your tickets and close any that are now resolved.
