You can define which email address replies go to by going to [SUPER ADMIN MENU] SETTINGS > PROFILE from the menu, then entering your email address into the FORWARD ALL SITE EMAILS TO box.
So if you email either a volunteer or provider and they REPLY to the email, it will get sent to this email address.
