All information on a volunteer that is gathered during the registration and induction process can be changed by the administrator. You can edit the volunteers details by following the steps below:
- Go to Volunteer Management > Find Volunteers and search for the volunteer.
- Click on the Volunteer Information button.
- Click on the Edit Volunteers Details buttonĀ in the top left corner of the screen. This will open up the 4 sections which make up the volunteer details (DBS Details, Volunteer Profile, Groups and the Volunteer Induction Details).
- Once you have changed the relevant details click on the Update button in the bottom right corner of the section you have updated.
