Volunteer Group emails are picked up by the system every 30 mins and sent out individually to prevent them from being blocked by spam filters.

To see if you email has been sent you must go to the EMAIL > EMAIL QUEUE screen.  If it is waiting to be sent them it will be in the PENDING EMAILS section, once it has been sent it will move into the SENT EMAILS section.

Note: From this page you can also see how many volunteers have been sent the email, or edit an old email and resent it.

The email queue page from the admin menu displays the emails that have been sent along with a count of how many volunteers were selected for the email. It also lets them edit both sent and not sent emails, requeue them if required delete them.
