If a volunteer forgets their password they can reset it themselves from the login page or you can reset it for them by following the steps below:
1. Go to Volunteer Management > Find Volunteers and search for the volunteer.
2. Click on the Volunteer Details button
3. Click on the RESET PASSWORD button.
At this point the volunteers password is randomised and they will not be able to login until they receive the reset email and follow the link contained within.
Note: If the volunteer is having difficulties clicking on the link they can COPY and PASTE it into the address bar in their browser, ensure that the entire link is copied including the long code at the end.
