When searching and viewing your providers from the OPPORTUNITIES & PROVIDERS > PROVIDERS page, you might have noticed that there is a button under each provider labelled ‘Impersonate Provider’. This will open a new window which is logged in as the provider (without needing to know there password), allowing you to see everything that they would normally see. This is useful when helping a provider with any issues they may have or to perform actions on behalf of a provider, such as logging hours or contacting volunteers.
