You should only remove a provider if they have been added by mistake. By removing a provider you are completely deleting their information from the system, you will have to raise a support ticket to retrieve this information so make sure before you remove them. If the provider is no longer using the system then they should be de-activated and NOT removed.
To remove a provider follow the steps below:
1. Search for the provider – OPPORTUNITIES & PROVIDERS > PROVIDERS
2. Click on the Edit button
3. Click on the REMOVE THIS PROVIDER button
