If you want to email all providers you can create a formatted email using the editing tools (much like a word processor). You can upload and add attachments for the email and also upload images to go inside the email.

If you wish to email all providers you can use the PROVIDER GROUP EMAIL function by following the steps below:

1. Go to EMAIL > PROVIDER GROUP EMAIL
2. Enter the title of the email
3. Enter the content of the email and attach any pictures or font styles where appropriate.
4. Attach a file (if required)
5.Choose if you want to send it to a particular AREA (Areas are a group of postcodes which are usually defined during the setup of your system)

6. Click on the SEND EMAIL button.

Note: Emails are sent immediately
